All of our meals are served family style. Order a few different dishes with your family, and everyone can try some of each. See our recommendations for kids and novices inside. And as always you are welcome to bring your young children's favorite food with them to the Emerald table - as Ravadi says, "I believe that a family gathering with a variety of foods representing each individual's interest will bring the most fun and joy to our inner beings."
Our Cuisine Ravadi has always encouraged artistic tendencies in her family. As you can see through her book "The Wings of My Soul", Ravadi is a poet, an artist herself. The publication of her first cookbook "The Joy of Thai Cooking" incorporates a very artistic and individualistic approach to cooking.
All of the Emerald's dishes are made with love and intent as to follow Ravadi's method. Our vegetables are the freshest to be found, and most of our menu is prepared to order - so don't be shy about substitutions or special dietary requests! We use soy oil in our deep fry and sautee, and all of our dishes have no MSG added.
We are happy to announce that Vegetarians, Vegans, as well as Gluten free, Lactose free and Low Carb dieters will find plenty to eat at the Emerald of Siam!
